Akhir tahun kerjaan numplek... plek... ngerjain LPJ sendirian ngejar deadline tanggal 23, terakhir masukin LPJ ditambah lagi urusan ngumpulin berkas-berkas.  Ngomongin soal pemberkasan aku jadi tahu tarif-tarif tes lab bebas narkoba di beberapa RS Pemerintah.  Ini nih...

2.  RSUD Pasar Rebo  Rp. 175.000, Pendaftaran Rp. 5000, Legalisir perlembar Rp. 500,-
3.  RSUD Sawangan Depok Rp.  120.000,
4.  RS. Bhayangkari Bogor Rp. 115.000
Ngurusin ini rada makan waktu juga nih, berangkat dari kantor jam 9.00 pagi ke RS. Pasar Rebo selesai sampe jam 1an karena kudu nunggu hasil Lab dan Legalisir dulu,

Nah kalo Surat keterangan Sehat Jasmani-Rohani:
1.  RSUD Sawangan Depok Rp. 20.000
2.  RS. Bhayangkari Rp. 15.000
3.  Puskesmas Rp. 2000 Legalisir Rp. 1000/lembar
Kalo ngurus di Puskesmas, murah meriah dan gak lama kok cuma bawa KTP aja.

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) di Polres Depok:
SKCK Rp. 20.000 (di loket tertulis Rp. 10.000)
Kalo belom ada sidik jari tambah Rp. 10.000,-
Pelayanan buat SKCK di Polres Depok, lumayan cepat dan Petugasnya ramah pula.. hari sabtu buka setengah hari, saya ngurus ini cuma + 30 Menit selesai.  Tapi jangan lupa mesti-kudu-wajib bawa surat pengantar dari Kelurahan dulu sama Foto 4 x 6 sebanyak 5 lembar.
